Return Request Window

Customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product to request a return.

Return requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Valid Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Wrong product was delivered

Required Proof for Returns

To process a return request, customers must provide the following:

• Unboxing / unpacking video clearly showing the package being opened
• Photo of the e-way bill or shipping label
• Clear images showing the damage or incorrect product

Return requests without these proofs may not be approved.

Exchange Policy 

If the product size does not fit:

• Exchange is allowed only once
• Customers must pay the shipping charges for the exchange
• The product must be unused and returned in original packaging

Product Condition

Returned products must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• With tags and accessories intact

Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original payment method or as store credit.

Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to damage or incorrect product delivery.
